After a decade of photographing weddings, I’ve found that building a friendship with my couples is important. After all, you're going to spend more time with me on your wedding day than anyone else!
That’s why this process begins with a conversation. I want to hear
everything—how you met, funny first date stories, and how you got
engaged. We’ll get to know one another, talk about the details of your
day, and answer any questions you might have!
Wedding Advice
I'm here as a resource beyond photography — whether you're looking for engagement session outfit recommendations, timeline advice, or vendor referrals.
Even if you're working with a wedding planner or you're planning a simple wedding, there are likely still a lot of moving pieces left leading up to your big day. I've photographed more than 150 weddings and I'm happy to share everything I've learned along the way!
Engagement Session
Not only do engagement sessions allow you to get comfortable in front of the camera, they also give you the opportunity to showcase your personalities in a more casual setting that is significant to the two of you.
Engagement sessions can take place anywhere from immediately following a proposal to just a few days before the wedding. I normally plan sessions based on a particular “look” a couple has in mind (spring flowers for example) or based on schedules.
Wedding Day Prep
I check-in about two months before the wedding to start chatting about timeline specifics, details, family formal shot lists, special traditions and anything else I should know about your big day.
While I normally don't send this questionnaire until closer to the wedding, please don't hesitate to let me know if you have questions during the planning process!
The Big Day
It's finally here! The day the two of you say "I Do" and dance the night away surrounded by your family and friends.
Just know I'm excited to celebrate and capture your wedding day. It's going to be awesome.
Photo Delivery
You can expect your photos to be delivered via an online gallery within six weeks of your wedding. At that time, I'll also send over details about preserving your images through prints and albums.
I hope the relationship doesn't end after we deliver your photographs. I want to hear about the adventures of married life and would be honored to capture the milestones along the way.
Engagement Sessions
I love providing engagement sessions with my most popular collections! It takes time for most couples to warm up to being
photographed and get comfortable taking direction. Timelines can be
pretty tight on weddings days and 30 minutes may be all we
have for portraits - which is why I’ve found that wedding day
portraits turn out so much better when couples do engagement
sessions ahead of time.
Sessions also allow you to showcase your personalities in a more casual
setting that is significant to the two of you (and even include
pets!) While they’re great for save-the-dates, I’ve taken
engagement photos anywhere from 18 months in advance to a
few days before the wedding.
ALBUMS
One of the best ways to make your wedding memories last is by ordering
an album. These high quality professionally designed albums come in a
variety of linen & leather colors.
These aren’t the same albums your parents wedding photos came in.
They’re modern, lay perfectly flat and look incredible on coffee tables.
All albums must be prepaid before design begins. Albums typically take
between 4 to 6 weeks to complete and include three rounds of revision. Albums may be ordered anytime before or after the wedding day.

Fantastic! To reserve your date, I’ll need a completed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer payment. If you don’t have a contract yet, just let me know and I’ll send one over! The remaining balance will be due 30 days before the wedding.
How many photos are typically included and can we print the photos ourselves?
On average, I deliver 75-100 images per hour of coverage. The exact amount varies from wedding to wedding. Your online gallery will come loaded with fully edited high resolution images you can print anywhere.
when will we receive our photos?
Wedding galleries are delivered within six weeks and portrait session galleries are delivered within three weeks. Need them sooner? Just ask!
